A Fert\u0151 t\u00f3val kapcsolatban felmer\u00fclt a v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge, amit els\u0151sorban az osztr\u00e1k, burgenlandi d\u00f6nt\u00e9shoz\u00f3k &#8211; val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171leg az idegenforgalmi \u00e9s mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi lobbi k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re &#8211; vehemensen t\u00e1mogattak. Alapvet\u0151en a v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1ssal kapcsolatban eddig 2 megold\u00e1s mer\u00fclt fel: keleti ir\u00e1nyb\u00f3l a Mosoni-Duna fel\u0151l t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 csatorna \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s magyar k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9ssel, \u00e9szaki ir\u00e1nyb\u00f3l a Duna fel\u0151l csak osztr\u00e1k \u00e9rintetts\u00e9ggel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A civilek a Duna fel\u0151l t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1st legal\u00e1bb olyan vehemensen ellenzik, mint amennyire az osztr\u00e1k d\u00f6nt\u00e9shoz\u00f3 t\u00e1mogatj\u00e1k. Ennek t\u00f6bb oka is: a Duna fel\u0151l \u00e9rkez\u0151 v\u00edz \u00f6kol\u00f3giai, k\u00e9miai \u00e9s fizikai tulajdons\u00e1gai jelent\u0151sen k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6znek a szikes Fert\u0151 viz\u00e9nek tulajdons\u00e1gait\u00f3l. \u00d6kol\u00f3giai katasztr\u00f3f\u00e1t j\u00f3solunk, ha az elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9s megval\u00f3sul. A WWF Ausztria egyik szak\u00e9rt\u0151je fogalmazott \u00fagy, hogy a Hans\u00e1g f\u0151csatorn\u00e1val kieg\u00e9sz\u00fclve a Duna fel\u0151li v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1ssal a Fert\u0151 tavat v\u00edz\u00f6bl\u00edt\u00e9ses WC-v\u00e9 alak\u00edtan\u00e1nk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A Mosoni-Duna fel\u0151li v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1sra az Orsz\u00e1gos F\u00edz\u00fcgyi F\u0151igazgat\u00f3s\u00e1g ki\u00edrt egy k\u00f6zbeszerz\u00e9st 2022-ben, azzal az elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9ssel, hogy az <a href=\"https:\/\/reforms-investments.ec.europa.eu\/recovery-and-resilience-facility-1_en?prefLang=hu\">EU Helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s Reziliencia Eszk\u00f6z\u00e9nek<\/a> felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val siker\u00fcl majd megval\u00f3s\u00edtani a projektet. Ezt a civilek kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s\u00e9re az EU elutas\u00edtotta, mert nem l\u00e1tt\u00e1k bizony\u00edtottnak, hogy a beruh\u00e1z\u00e1s kl\u00edma \u00e9s biodiverzit\u00e1s c\u00e9lokat teljes\u00edtett volna. \u00dagy gondolt\u00e1k, hogy a kock\u00e1zatok t\u00fal nagyok, \u00edgy a projekt a s\u00fcllyeszt\u0151be ker\u00fclt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">V\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00fcnk szerint a Fert\u0151 t\u00f3 v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1s\u00e1t egy nagy\u00edv\u0171 term\u00e9szet helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si projekttel lehetne megoldani, amibe beletartozna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">a Fert\u0151zug \/ Seewinkel v\u00edz\u00fcgyi rendez\u00e9se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">az osztr\u00e1k oldalon tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 5000+ k\u00fat v\u00edzkiv\u00e9tel\u00e9nek korl\u00e1toz\u00e1sa (ami persze a mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi termel\u00e9s \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val j\u00e1rna)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">a Hans\u00e1g kor\u00e1bbi l\u00e1pos ter\u00fcleteinek helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa (erre k\u00e9sz\u00fclt is egy projekt, amit sajnos az EU-hoz val\u00f3 viszonyunk miatt a <a href=\"https:\/\/mtvsz.blog.hu\/2025\/12\/12\/burokracia_kontra_biodiverzitas_1?utm_medium=doboz&amp;utm_campaign=bloghu_cimlap&amp;utm_source=nagyvilag\">magyar korm\u00e1ny a megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s el\u0151tt le\u00e1ll\u00edtott<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A Fert\u0151 t\u00f3 Bar\u00e1tai Egyes\u00fclet most zajl\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/fertotobaratai.eu\/index.php\/category\/bestbelt\/\">Best Belt projektje<\/a> \u00e9ppen azt c\u00e9lozza meg, hogy egy fenntarthat\u00f3, a kl\u00edmav\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s kih\u00edv\u00e1saira v\u00e1laszt ad\u00f3 j\u00f6v\u0151k\u00e9pet alak\u00edtsunk ki a Fert\u0151t\u00e1jra (m\u00e9g egyszer: Fert\u0151 t\u00f3, Fert\u0151zug \/ Seewinkel, Hans\u00e1g).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fentiekre tekintettel \u00fcd\u00edt\u0151 volt hallani a 2025 november 14-\u00e9n Barcza Attila miniszteri biztos \u00e1ltal szervezett tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3n Budapesten, hogy valamennyi magyar \u00e1llami szerepl\u0151 elutas\u00edtja a Duna fel\u0151li v\u00edzut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1st. Melyek voltak ezek a szervezetek? A Fert\u0151-Hans\u00e1g Nemzeti Park Igazgat\u00f3s\u00e1g (term\u00e9szetv\u00e9delmi ter\u00fcletkezel\u0151), a Gy\u0151r-Moson-Sopron v\u00e1rmegyei Korm\u00e1nyhivatal (enged\u00e9lyez\u0151 hat\u00f3s\u00e1g), Ramsari Nemzeti Bizotts\u00e1g (\u00e9rdekelt f\u00e9l).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ezek ut\u00e1n der\u00fclt \u00e9gb\u0151l vill\u00e1mcsap\u00e1s volt olvasni az UNESCO Vil\u00e1g\u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9gi Titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g honlapj\u00e1n tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/list\/772\/documents\/\">2025 decemberi v\u00e9delmi jelent\u00e9st<\/a> (State of Conservation Report, 2025), amelyet mind az osztr\u00e1k mind a magyar f\u00e9l al\u00e1\u00edrt. A magyar korm\u00e1ny k\u00e9pviselet\u00e9ben <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.kormany.hu\/uploads\/sheets\/f\/fe\/fe9\/fe9de60d98daf01b027fa30491a19af.pdf\">Per\u00e9nyi L\u00f3r\u00e1nt<\/a> \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szeti strat\u00e9gi\u00e1\u00e9rt felel\u0151s helyettes \u00e1llamtitk\u00e1r \u00edrta al\u00e1 a dokumentumot. Per\u00e9nyi L\u00f3r\u00e1nt a soproni egyetem szerezte diplom\u00e1j\u00e1t, de \u00fagy t\u0171nik a Fert\u0151 t\u00f3val tanulm\u00e1nyai sor\u00e1n szem\u00e9lyes kapcsolatba nem ker\u00fclt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Mi szerepel a k\u00f6z\u00f6s jelent\u00e9sben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A dokumentum 2.6 pontj\u00e1ban szerepel az, hogy 3 osztr\u00e1k f\u00e9l (a sz\u00f6vets\u00e9gi korm\u00e1ny \u00e9s k\u00e9t tartom\u00e1ny) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmluk.gv.at\/themen\/wasser\/nutzung-wasser\/memorandum-bml-bgld-noe.html\">egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si nyilatkozatot<\/a> \u00edrt al\u00e1 a v\u00edz\u00fcgyi k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekr\u0151l (2024. szeptember 2-\u00e1n). Az osztr\u00e1k felek t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt az al\u00e1bbiban \u00e1llapodtak meg: \u201c<em>Az els\u0151 orsz\u00e1gos projekt keret\u00e9ben egy megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1ny keret\u00e9ben k\u00f6z\u00f6sen kidolgozz\u00e1k a Duna viz\u00e9nek az als\u00f3-dunai r\u00e9gi\u00f3ba, az Als\u00f3-Ausztria d\u00e9li r\u00e9sz\u00e9be \u00e9s \u00c9szak-Burgenlandba t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 elvezet\u00e9s\u00e9t. Az ebb\u0151l nyert ismereteket m\u00e1s hasonl\u00f3 projektekhez is fel lehet haszn\u00e1lni a Duna \u00e9szaki partj\u00e1n fekv\u0151 keleti r\u00e9gi\u00f3ban.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Magyarul terveik k\u00f6z\u00f6tt szerepel a Duna viz\u00e9nek elvezet\u00e9se \u00e9s ezt a magyar korm\u00e1ny egy k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1s\u00e1val szentes\u00edtette! Mindezt \u00fagy, hogy 2025 november\u00e9ben a hazai korm\u00e1nyzati szervek egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en kijelentett\u00e9k, hogy ilyen tervet nem t\u00e1mogatnak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Most kellene a magyar korm\u00e1nynak fell\u00e9pnie az <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icpdr.org\/\">ICPDR<\/a> keret\u00e9ben, \u00e9s az <a href=\"https:\/\/treaties.un.org\/pages\/ViewDetails.aspx?src=TREATY&amp;mtdsg_no=XXVII-4&amp;chapter=27&amp;clang=_en\">Espoo egyezm\u00e9nyre<\/a> hivatkozva. Ezek fel\u00fcl az EU <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/water\/water-framework-directive_en\">V\u00edz Keretir\u00e1nyelv<\/a> el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sai alapj\u00e1n sem lenne elfogadhat\u00f3 a Duna viz\u00e9nek osztr\u00e1k oldalon tervezett elterel\u00e9se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">D\u00f6bbenetes, hogy egy ilyen volumen\u0171, \u00e9s \u00f6kol\u00f3giai hat\u00e1s\u00fa projektr\u0151l az UNESCO oldal\u00e1r\u00f3l lehet t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st nyerni.
