1971. febru\u00e1r 2-\u00e1n fogadt\u00e1k el a Ramsari Egyezm\u00e9nyt, melynek \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az \u00e9rintett orsz\u00e1gok korm\u00e1nyai felel\u0151ss\u00e9get v\u00e1llaltak a vizes \u00e9l\u0151helyek v\u00e9delm\u00e9\u00e9rt, a biol\u00f3giai sokf\u00e9les\u00e9g meg\u0151rz\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. Febru\u00e1r 7-\u00e9n s\u00e9t\u00e1val eml\u00e9kezt\u00fcnk meg a Vizes \u00c9l\u0151helyek Vil\u00e1gnapj\u00e1r\u00f3l a Fert\u0151n, a 7 \u00e9vvel ezel\u0151tt megkezdett, \u00fagynevezett fejleszt\u00e9s helysz\u00edn\u00e9n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Az eml\u00e9ks\u00e9ta aprop\u00f3j\u00e1n sorra vett\u00fck a nemzetgazdas\u00e1gi szempontb\u00f3l kiemelt jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 beruh\u00e1z\u00e1snak titul\u00e1lt bukott projekt minden egyes elem\u00e9t. Megn\u00e9zt\u00fck a „csat” n\u00e9lk\u00fcli \u00f6vcsatorn\u00e1t, a „fert\u0151r\u00e1kosi nagy falat” (sokak szerint sirat\u00f3falat), a strand h\u0171lt hely\u00e9t \u00e9s term\u00e9szetesen megeml\u00e9kezt\u00fck a mindv\u00e9gig (!) t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00e9ben magyar tulajdon\u00fa c\u00f6l\u00f6ph\u00e1zakr\u00f3l. Egy-egy \u00e1llom\u00e1sn\u00e1l meg\u00e1lltunk \u00e9s r\u00f6vid ismertet\u0151t hallgattunk meg. El\u0151ad\u00f3ink voltak egyes\u00fclet\u00fcnk tagjai: Buchert Eszter, Varga Szabolcs, dr. M\u00e1rkus Istv\u00e1n, \u00e9s Kun Zolt\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besz\u00e9lt\u00fcnk a tervezett \u00f6koparkr\u00f3l \u00e9s a kik\u00f6t\u0151k m\u00e9reteir\u0151l. Kaptunk k\u00e9rd\u00e9seket, \u00e9szrev\u00e9teleket \u00e9s bizony sokuk szeme a Fert\u0151 t\u00f3 k\u00e1lv\u00e1ri\u00e1j\u00e1nak egy-egy st\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1n\u00e1l k\u00f6nnyekkel telt meg…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00f6viden ezekr\u0151l az \u00e1llom\u00e1sokon, meg\u00e1ll\u00f3kon elhangzottakat foglaljuk \u00f6ssze, lentebb pedig r\u00f6vid vide\u00f3kban mutatjuk az esem\u00e9nyt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: A Nyugati \u00f6vcsatorna \u00e9s a \u201e0. st\u00e1ci\u00f3\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A projekt egyik legnagyobb mulaszt\u00e1sa a tervezett h\u00edd elmarad\u00e1sa, amely megakad\u00e1lyozta a csatorna\u00e1gak \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s a v\u00edz eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges \u00e1raml\u00e1s\u00e1t. Emiatt a ter\u00fcleten meg\u00e1llt a v\u00edz mozg\u00e1sa, ami elker\u00fclhetetlen mocsarasod\u00e1shoz \u00e9s \u00f6kol\u00f3giai roml\u00e1shoz vezetett. A \u201e0. st\u00e1ci\u00f3\u201d egy hatalmas, f\u00f6ld alatti k\u00f6zm\u0171b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9st takar, amelynek munk\u00e1latai m\u00e1r el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s alatt \u00e1llnak. Egy kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag szel\u00edd turizmus megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n nem l\u00e1tszik indokoltnak az \u00fatfel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s n\u00e9v alatt bejelentett, t\u00f6bb milli\u00e1rd forint k\u00f6lts\u00e9ggel j\u00e1r\u00f3 k\u00f6zm\u0171fejleszt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: A \u201eNagy Fal\u201d (Sirat\u00f3fal)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ez a hatalmas beton strukt\u00fara v\u00e9g\u00e9rv\u00e9nyesen elv\u00e1gta a sz\u00e1razf\u00f6ld \u00e9s a v\u00edz k\u00f6z\u00f6tti kapcsolatot, ember \u00e9s ember k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, ember \u00e9s term\u00e9szet k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, valamint az \u00e1llat \u00e9s n\u00f6v\u00e9nyvil\u00e1g sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra egyar\u00e1nt. A betonfal hal\u00e1los csapd\u00e1t jelent a k\u00e9t\u00e9lt\u0171ek \u00e9s kiseml\u0151s\u00f6k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, mik\u00f6zben minden modern term\u00e9szetv\u00e9delmi alapelvvel \u00e9s UNESCO-ir\u00e1nymutat\u00e1ssal szembe megy. A szakmai \u00e1ll\u00e1spont szerint ezen a ponton nincs helye kompromisszumnak: a betonfalat teljes hossz\u00e1ban le kellene bontani a part menti \u00e9l\u0151vil\u00e1g dinamikus egyens\u00faly\u00e1nak vissza\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: A volt strand, kemping \u00e9s a d\u00e9li kik\u00f6t\u0151<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A kor\u00e1bban \u00e9lettel teli k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi helysz\u00edn m\u00e1ra egy kop\u00e1r, felt\u00f6lt\u00f6tt pusztas\u00e1g \u00e1ll, ahol a biodiverzit\u00e1s lok\u00e1lisan \u00f6sszeomlott. A talaj a t\u00f6m\u00f6r\u00edt\u00e9s miatt elvesz\u00edtette \u00f6ntisztul\u00f3 \u00e9s v\u00edzbefogad\u00f3 k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t, mik\u00f6zben a tervezett gigantikus D\u00e9li kik\u00f6t\u0151i infrastrukt\u00fara teljesen t\u00e1jidegen a Fert\u0151 sek\u00e9ly viz\u00e9t\u0151l. A j\u00f6v\u0151beli c\u00e9l itt nem a s\u0171r\u0171 be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s, hanem az akt\u00edv t\u00e1jrehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9s egy olyan szel\u00edd, \u00f6kol\u00f3giai szeml\u00e9let\u0171 k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi t\u00e9r l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1sa, ahol a csend \u00e9s a h\u00e1bor\u00edtatlan \u00e9l\u0151vil\u00e1g jelenti a luxust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: A \u201eGul\u00e1g folyos\u00f3\u201d \u00e9s a c\u00f6l\u00f6ph\u00e1zak h\u0171lt helye<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A hagyom\u00e1nyos n\u00e1dtet\u0151s c\u00f6l\u00f6ph\u00e1zak k\u00e9nyszer bont\u00e1s\u00e1val a t\u00f3 kultur\u00e1lis identit\u00e1s\u00e1nak egyik legfontosabb szelet\u00e9t semmis\u00edtett\u00e9k meg, egy steril \u00e9s bar\u00e1ts\u00e1gtalan folyos\u00f3t hagyva maga ut\u00e1n, ahol az \u00c9szaki kik\u00f6t\u0151 k\u00f6zel\u00edthet\u0151 meg. A tervez\u0151k figyelmen k\u00edv\u00fcl hagyt\u00e1k, hogy a v\u00edzparti l\u00e1gy iszap nem b\u00edrja el a neh\u00e9z beton\u00e9p\u00fcleteket, ezek f\u00e9lk\u00e9sz torz\u00f3i kellemetlen t\u00e1jsebeket alkotnak a teljes ter\u00fcleten.  A \u201eC\u00f6l\u00f6ph\u00e1zak Renesz\u00e1nsza\u201d v\u00edzi\u00f3 ez\u00e9rt a k\u00f6nny\u0171szerkezetes, fenntarthat\u00f3 \u00e9s a helyi \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szeti \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9get tisztel\u0151 form\u00e1khoz val\u00f3 visszat\u00e9r\u00e9st k\u00f6veteli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: Az \u00d6kopark<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Az \u00d6kopark ter\u00fclete a k\u00f6rnyezettudatos nevel\u00e9s k\u00f6zpontja lehetne, azonban a jelenlegi tervekben szerepl\u0151 r\u00f6gz\u00edtett \u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nyek \u00e9s a \u201eglamping\u201d a teljes urbaniz\u00e1ci\u00f3 vesz\u00e9ly\u00e9t hordozz\u00e1k. A c\u00e9l egy olyan minim\u00e1lis beavatkoz\u00e1ssal j\u00e1r\u00f3 helysz\u00edn, ahol luxussz\u00e1llod\u00e1k helyett term\u00e9szetes anyagokb\u00f3l k\u00e9sz\u00fclt oktat\u00f3k\u00f6zpont kap helyet. Itt a l\u00e1togat\u00f3k \u00e9s kutat\u00f3k \u00fajra felfedezhetn\u00e9k a p\u00e1k\u00e1szat, a n\u00e1daz\u00e1s \u00e9s a hagyom\u00e1nyos hal\u00e1szat mesters\u00e9g\u00e9t, a profit helyett a t\u00f3 t\u00f6r\u00e9keny \u00e9rt\u00e9keire f\u00f3kusz\u00e1lva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: F\u00e9lk\u00e9sz beton alapok \u00e9s a betonnyelv<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A f\u00f6ldb\u0151l meredez\u0151 beton alapok \u00e9s a t\u00f3ba m\u00e9lyen beny\u00fal\u00f3 100 m\u00e9teres betonnyelv a modernista g\u0151g \u00e9s az elhib\u00e1zott tervez\u00e9s mement\u00f3i. Ezek a strukt\u00far\u00e1k megv\u00e1ltoztatj\u00e1k a v\u00edz \u00e1raml\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00fcled\u00e9kfelhalmoz\u00f3d\u00e1st okoznak, \u00e9s fizikailag fojtogatj\u00e1k a t\u00f3 medr\u00e9nek term\u00e9szetes \u00e9let\u00e9t. Az \u00f6kol\u00f3giai regener\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben elengedhetetlen a befejezetlen apartmanh\u00e1z-alapok \u00e9s a betonnyelv teljes elbont\u00e1sa, valamint a meder eredeti \u00e1llapot\u00e1nak vissza\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa. A  m\u00e1r meg\u00e9p\u00fclt, t\u00e1jidegen betonelemek ut\u00f3lagos burkol\u00e1sa (a beton eltakar\u00e1sa) nem elfogadhat\u00f3 egy vizes \u00e9l\u0151helyen.A teljes ter\u00fcleten megval\u00f3sult sz\u00e1dfalaz\u00e1s elfogad\u00e1sa, csak er\u0151s kompromisszumok \u00e1r\u00e1n lehets\u00e9ges. Val\u00f3s \u00e9s drasztikus term\u00e9szet helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s szolg\u00e1lhatja csak kell\u0151 m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben a ter\u00fclet rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. \u00c1llom\u00e1s: Az \u00e9szaki kik\u00f6t\u0151<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

B\u00e1r ez a ter\u00fclet rendezettnek t\u0171nik, a brut\u00e1lis m\u00e9lys\u00e9g\u0171 mederkotr\u00e1s val\u00f3j\u00e1ban egy \u201evizes sivatagot\u201d hozott l\u00e9tre, megsemmis\u00edtve a halak \u00edv\u00f3helyeit \u00e9s a v\u00edzi \u00e9l\u0151vil\u00e1got. A jelenlegi steril v\u00edzt\u00f6meg ink\u00e1bb egy mesters\u00e9ges medenc\u00e9re hasonl\u00edt, ami a j\u00f3zan \u00e9sz feletti gigantizmus gy\u0151zelm\u00e9t hirdeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 A j\u00f6v\u0151ben radik\u00e1lis szeml\u00e9letv\u00e1lt\u00e1sra van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g, hogy a n\u00e1das \u2013 a Fert\u0151 immunrendszere \u2013 \u00fajra birtokba vehesse a partvonalat, egyens\u00falyt teremtve a haj\u00f3z\u00e1s \u00e9s a term\u00e9szetv\u00e9delem k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. A folyamatos kotr\u00e1s a haj\u00f3zhat\u00f3s\u00e1g fenntart\u00e1sa miatt elker\u00fclhetetlen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
