Felsz\u00f3lal\u00e1sa nemcsak szakmai \u00e9rvekben volt rendk\u00edv\u00fcl er\u0151s, hanem politikai b\u00e1tors\u00e1gr\u00f3l \u00e9s k\u00f6vetkezetes ki\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l is tan\u00faskodott: Zolt\u00e1n a nemzeti akkumul\u00e1torstrat\u00e9gia ellentmond\u00e1sait \u00e9s k\u00f6rnyezeti kock\u00e1zatait \u00fagy mutatta be, hogy k\u00f6zben az EU egyoldal\u00fa \u00e9s helyenk\u00e9nt cinikus megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t is kritika al\u00e1 vonta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A prezent\u00e1ci\u00f3t k\u00f6vet\u0151 reakci\u00f3k j\u00f3l jelzik felsz\u00f3lal\u00e1sa erej\u00e9t: t\u00f6bb k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 is a pet\u00edci\u00f3 nyitva tart\u00e1s\u00e1t javasolta -annak ellen\u00e9re, hogy az EU jelenlegi strat\u00e9gi\u00e1iban az elektromobilit\u00e1s kiemelt szerepet \u00e9lvez, \u00e9s a dekarboniz\u00e1ci\u00f3ra hivatkozva gyakran kritik\u00e1tlan t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st kap. Zolt\u00e1n ny\u00edltan vit\u00e1ba sz\u00e1llt ezekkel az ellentmond\u00e1sos \u00e1ll\u00e1spontokkal, ami val\u00f3ban figyelemre m\u00e9lt\u00f3 \u00e9s b\u00e1tor fell\u00e9p\u00e9s volt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) K\u00f6sz\u00f6n\u00f6m a lehet\u0151s\u00e9get, hogy bemutathattam \u00e9s megv\u00e9dhettem a pet\u00edci\u00f3mat. Engedj\u00e9k meg, hogy egy kor\u00e1bbi hozz\u00e1sz\u00f3l\u00e1sra reag\u00e1ljak: azt v\u00e1rjuk el az Eur\u00f3pai Parlament tagjait\u00f3l, hogy d\u00f6nt\u00e9seik holisztikus szeml\u00e9leten, tudom\u00e1nyos bizony\u00edt\u00e9kokon \u00e9s a szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1shoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi forr\u00e1sok re\u00e1lis biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n alapuljanak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pet\u00edci\u00f3m nem politikai ind\u00edttat\u00e1s\u00fa. Hazafinak tartom magam: egy embernek, aki szereti Magyarorsz\u00e1got, \u00e9s agg\u00f3dik a j\u00f6v\u0151 gener\u00e1ci\u00f3i\u00e9rt -k\u00f6zt\u00fck n\u00e9gy gyermekem\u00e9rt. A pet\u00edci\u00f3t m\u00e9g 2023 elej\u00e9n ny\u00fajtottam be, de m\u00e1ra a magyar akkumul\u00e1toripar rohamos terjeszked\u00e9se miatt m\u00e9g aktu\u00e1lisabb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) Magyarorsz\u00e1g olyan orsz\u00e1gk\u00e9nt v\u00e1lt az EU akkumul\u00e1toripari k\u00f6zpontj\u00e1v\u00e1, amely az ipar\u00e1g m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges er\u0151forr\u00e1sok k\u00f6z\u00fcl val\u00f3j\u00e1ban csak egyetlen dologgal rendelkezik: az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si ter\u00fclettel. M\u00e9gis n\u00e1lunk a legmagasabb az egy f\u0151re jut\u00f3 akkumul\u00e1toros munkahelyek sz\u00e1ma, \u00e9s n\u00e1lunk a legnagyobb a cellagy\u00e1rt\u00f3 kapacit\u00e1s az eg\u00e9sz EU-ban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) A teljes akkumul\u00e1toripari l\u00e1nc jelen van Magyarorsz\u00e1gon – a b\u00e1ny\u00e1szat kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel- , 46 v\u00e1llalat, t\u00falnyom\u00f3r\u00e9szt \u00e1zsiai c\u00e9gek. E v\u00e1llalatok eddig 4,8 milli\u00e1rd eur\u00f3 \u00e1llami t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st kaptak. \u00d6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1sk\u00e9pp: a teljes magyarorsz\u00e1gi v\u00e9dett ter\u00fcleti rendszer fenntart\u00e1sa (az orsz\u00e1g 21%-a!) kevesebb mint 40 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3ba ker\u00fcl \u00e9vente. Vagyis a term\u00e9szet v\u00e9delme az akkumul\u00e1toriparnak adott t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s 1%-\u00e1t sem \u00e9ri el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(4) A helyzet a pet\u00edci\u00f3 beny\u00fajt\u00e1sa \u00f3ta csak romlott. Magyarorsz\u00e1gon az eg\u00e9sz ipar\u00e1gat el\u0151zetes strat\u00e9giai k\u00f6rnyezeti vizsg\u00e1lat n\u00e9lk\u00fcl fejlesztik – senki nem tudja, mekkora k\u00f6rnyezeti k\u00e1rt okozhat mindez. Ezt az \u00c1llami Sz\u00e1mvev\u0151sz\u00e9k \u00e9s a z\u00f6ld ombudsman is megfogalmazta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A nemzetgazdas\u00e1gi jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok gyors\u00edtott elj\u00e1r\u00e1srendje ellehetetlen\u00edti a lakoss\u00e1gi r\u00e9szv\u00e9telt, ez\u00e9rt az Aarhusi Egyezm\u00e9ny titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g\u00e1hoz is panaszt ny\u00fajtottunk be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5) Az EU jelenlegi \u00e1ll\u00e1spontja a dekarboniz\u00e1ci\u00f3r\u00f3l egyoldal\u00fa \u00e9s sok tekintetben cinikus. Az akkumul\u00e1toripar fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9t olyan orsz\u00e1gban t\u00e1mogatj\u00e1k kritik\u00e1tlanul, amely jog\u00e1llamis\u00e1gi elj\u00e1r\u00e1s alatt \u00e1ll. R\u00e1ad\u00e1sul nincs technol\u00f3giai transzfer: az \u00e1zsiai gy\u00e1rt\u00f3k gy\u00e1rakat hoznak, de tud\u00e1st nem adnak \u00e1t, \u00edgy az EU versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9ge sem javul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
